This is a day that you want to keep before you. You even want to journal about this day. You are relaxed, no issues to deal with. Why? One reason is you are making it this way, you planned it. You are doing the things you wanted to do on this day. You start off with a very healthy meal, do a few choices (small ones that is). Jump right into the things that make you happy. Is it reading, watching you special program (that you recorded). Order or have someone to pick up your favorite, later on, meal (light but delicious). Maybe drink your favorite beverage. Curl up in your chair or couch. Don’t make any calls. Just relax, relax and relax some more.
