There is something you can do in order to relieve your stress. We haven’t discussed this before. Try doing something that you tried before and u liked it but you didn’t keep it up. For example, I tried knitting yesterday. It was quite relaxing. It was something I tried years ago not successful. Yesterday. I felt relieved of all stress. I was knitting for relaxation. What can u do that u like to do? U are just taking the focus off everything, except what u are experimenting with like my knitting.
