One way to relieve your stress is doing something for someone else. That can include a variety of things. You can buy a small gift, take someone out to eat and just listen to them. Shop with them and treat them to something that they didn’t expect. Prepare a nice meal something special for them. When you set yourself aside and are there for someone else it is special. That makes you special. You aren’t focused on your issues but someone else matters. Open your heart and see what happens. Take yourself out of the picture. Let your light shine on another being.
