Why the stress-Part 1

Waking up:  Are you prepared for what is about to take place within your day.  Well, get ready! Don’t just grab that cup of coffee or tea.  Enjoy making it.  Sit down and relax with you morning beverage. You  have done your shower and the rest of your hygiene stuff. So relax, enjoy the taste, the smell and the fact that you prepared it for yourself.  Just sit for a moment! Don’t do anything to distrub these precious moments. Take however long you can.  The main thing is start your day being stress free.  Slowly keep this atomsphere going for the remainer of the day.
