That is saying a lot “Stress free that is the way to be.” The thing about that is how do you reach that point and remain there.
- What are you stressed about?
- Can you remove this stress?
If you can remove it do so.
If you can’t then it is time to see a Therapist and rid yourself of this stress.
Therapist will make a plan with you.
Follow the plan and start taking care of you.
