It has been while since I have posted. But I am beginning to have a few things on my mind. One thing is I have to make an interesting decision. This decision will surely impact my life. I will give it a lot of thought. I don’t think praying about the matter will get me there. But deep meditation will.
I want to share my views on being Stressed and finding relief for it. I love ART. Everyone who knows me knows that. I enjoy it to the point that I sketch daily and view art daily. Iam finding that Art is relieving any stress that I may have. I want to share this because I use to be very stressful over some of life very important matter. When I started to draw, paint or doodle. I realized I was becoming Stress Free.
This Is one of my pastels. Believe me there may be some who question my art. But that is ok I am not profession. Iam enjoying what I do.
I want to confess that I have not been blogging. Instead I have been focusing on my Art. I want to focus on Accupressure for Stress Free days. I will be address various issues pertaining to what Accupressure can do for you in order for you to become Stress free. So follow along and send in questions. Iam a Psychotherapist and I enjoy my profession along with Accupressure. So I will be Blogging More!
Everyone wants the answer to that question. First, watch the big things, the small things take care of themselves. Let the hands of your love one massage your shoulders or just rub your back, arms, legs or wherever you will feel soothed. It isn’t about sensuous. It is about relaxing, relieving stress/tension. Thank you for that rub. Now i must be alone. A little me time, don’t be offended anyone. I just need that space for a while. Prepare a cup of ginger tea with honey or agave. Get ginger roots, peel, slice 1/4, boil add lemon and the natural sweet I suggested. Sip in your favorite cup. Get a good book not TV unless it is a good movie, a tear jerker, if u will. Lite tear jerked with romance. Good ending like a old Danielle Steel. Guys u know what you like, a good James Patterson. Pull out a soft throw. Light a nice smelling candle. Put your legs up,shoes off, of course. If u feel yourself falling asleep, ok, go with it. That hot bath started this stress relief process off for you. Hummm Enjoy! Zzzzz
